Meet the team

At Glyntawe Outdoor Centre, our small but mighty team is dedicated to making every stay unforgettable. Passionate about the great outdoors and true Welsh hospitality, we work hard to ensure our guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well-fed! Whether it’s preparing delicious meals, keeping our facilities spotless, or offering local knowledge and advice, we take pride in delivering a warm and friendly experience for all.
Business Development Manager

Stephen is a business manager with a degree in outdoor education and over a decade of experience running businesses. As a qualified outdoor instructor, he blends his love for the outdoors with his business expertise, managing external bookings and groups. He brings a personal, hands-on style to everything he does, ensuring both business growth and memorable experiences for clients.

FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Josh is our newest team member and looks after the upkeep and ongoing development of the site. He’s responsible for facilities maintenance, health and safety, and making sure our customers are comfortable during their stay. Outside of work, Josh struggles to keep his feet on the ground because he is a keen boulderer, with ascents of some of the hardest problems in the UK and Europe.

Helping Pupils Thrive in Wales

Rosie supports the College’s educational visits to Wales, helping to ensure that each trip is safe, well organised and enriching for all pupils. Her role is to provide a supportive environment that enables pupils to build confidence, develop independence and gain the greatest possible benefit from their experience.

Resident Cook

Cara is a passionate cook, when she’s not in the kitchen creating delicious dishes, she’s off travelling discovering local ingredients and culinary traditions from around the world. Her adventurous spirit and creativity shine through in her cooking, bringing a unique and inspired touch to every plate she serves.
